Preorders

Select Verielle Adorned™ items are currently available for preorder.

Preorder items are expected to ship within 25 days of purchase. By placing a preorder, you understand that your item is not ready for immediate shipment and agree to the stated preorder timeframe. It maybe sooner but given enough time to arrive. 

If an unexpected production delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Once your order is ready and ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your name, shipping address, and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because our pieces are produced and/or ordered based on customer demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Please review the product description and Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly.

To be eligible for review, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Have all original sales tags attached
• Accompanied by your order information
• Submitted with clear photos showing the damage or defect

Please do not remove tags, wear, wash, or alter a damaged item before contacting us.

Once we review your claim, we will contact you with the next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
