Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please keep the item unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all original sales tags attached while we review your claim.

Preorder Questions

Our preorder items are expected to ship within 25 days of purchase/Launch Date Nov 3rd. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
